Annie Sizemore//SMAD

Meet Annie Sizemore

Annie lives and breathes off of high-waisted pants and standing out.

Personal style in one word (or short phrase in Annie's case): I did think about this. European street style meets the American 60s.

Favorite article of clothing: I can’t live without high-waisted pants. Not even jeans, just any pants. I also love just a white crop top.

Where do you find inspiration for your style: The streets.

Coffee or tea: I love both, is the thing. But, coffee.

Favorite places to shop: Urban Outfitters, Free People, Forever 21, Zara, American Apparel, and Primark which is the British Forever 21.

Dream vacation: Thailand. It just seems adventurous.

Is there a trend you wouldn’t try: I’m not a huge color person. I’ve never liked colored jeans. I don’t really like bright colors, or multiple colors in outfits. I’m not that into preppy chic.

Daily makeup routine: I always make sure my face doesn’t look like I was smacked with a fly swatter. I have very red skin. I make sure that’s evened out. I wear a lot of hairspray. But I’ve gotten away from wearing a lot of makeup.

What do you feel most comfortable in: I love summer clothes more than anything. Also, just looser clothes.

What is your go to tour outfit: I got white J’s and I wear them on every single tour. And then, black jeans and a fresh, ready-to-go smile.

Why is personal style important to you: I think it started out because it was a way to differentiate myself growing up. A lot of people tink that it’s expressing yourself, but I don’t necessarily think that iis that case. It is more of a creation and something fun to try and create. It’s definitely more for myself. I don’t seek approval from anyone. If I look in the mirror and am happy, then I’m good to go.
